Classic Chocolate Tasting

1. Arrival

Punctuality
Please arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to join the tasting, and the session may be cancelled without refund.

2. Cancellation policy

Any changes to your booking, including cancellations, must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Events organized under special arrangements - including those held outside the boutique, outside regular working hours, or requiring customized chocolate selections or other adjustments - are subject to a 20% surcharge and are non-refundable once confirmed. While these events cannot be refunded, we always aim to be flexible and will do our best to find a reasonable solution whenever possible if the request has been made 24 hours prior the scheduled time.

3. Facilities

Our boutique does not have public restroom facilities. The nearest restrooms are located at Central Parking, approximately 100 meters away.

4. Allergies & Dietary Information

Some chocolates may contain or be processed in facilities that handle:

• milk
• soy
• nuts

Please inform us before the tasting begins if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.

5. Boutique Environment

Our tastings take place in a small boutique setting, designed to create a calm and focused experience.

Please remain respectful of the host and other guests.

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask participants to leave in cases of disruptive behaviour.

6. After the Tasting

After the session, guests are welcome to explore the boutique and purchase chocolates they discovered during the tasting.
