Workshop Participation Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants in our boutique, please review the following guidelines.

1. Ingredients & Dietary Information

Standard Chocolate
Our workshops use 60% dark chocolate by default, as it offers the best balance of flavour and workability.

Customization
Alternative chocolate types (milk, white, or others) may be arranged for group bookings with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Allergies
Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before the workshop begins so we can advise accordingly.

2. Cancellation policy

Any changes to your booking, including cancellations, must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Events organized under special arrangements - including those held outside the boutique, outside regular working hours, or requiring customized chocolate selections or other adjustments - are subject to a 20% surcharge and are non-refundable once confirmed. While these events cannot be refunded, we always aim to be flexible and will do our best to find a reasonable solution whenever possible if the request has been made 24 hours prior the scheduled time.

3. Arrival & Timing

Punctuality
Please arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be able to join the workshop, and the session may be cancelled without refund.

  • Please remain attentive during the presentation.
  • Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour may affect the experience of other participants.

We reserve the right to refuse service or ask participants to leave if their behaviour disrupts the workshop.
